Kaitlin is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who works with diverse populations of individuals facing issues including anxiety, depression, stress management, substance abuse, codependency, and relationship issues. Kaitlin understands that seeking counseling can be intimidating, and her goal is to create an environment of safety and comfort. She places great importance on trust and creating a strong therapeutic alliance. Although it may be difficult, Kaitlin believes just the simple act of sharing oneself with another human being can be a transformative and empowering experience. She values collaboration and empowers clients to be in charge of their own progress.

Kaitlin enjoys helping clients to create positive changes, gain a deeper understanding of themselves, and discover solutions that are in line with their values to create a more meaningful life. Kaitlin draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness techniques with a concentration in moving clients forward to a more satisfying and balanced life.

Kaitlin received her master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from DePaul University. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a concentration in Psychology.
