We accept insurance for individual counseling sessions and psychiatric medication management visits only. Couples and family counseling sessions are self-pay only.
Counseling Self-Pay Rates
For clients who choose not to use their health insurance for individual counseling, or for those seeking couples and family counseling, the self-pay rates below apply.
These rates apply only to self-pay services and do not apply to individual counseling sessions billed through insurance.
Illinois, Washington DC, Virginia & North Carolina Rates:
Counseling Self-Pay Rates for Master's Level Providers
- Individual Therapy: $140 per session
- Couples or Family Therapy: $160 per session
Counseling Self-Pay Rates for Psychologist Level Providers
- Individual Therapy: $200 per session
- Couples or Family Therapy: $220 per session
Arizona & Texas Rates:
Counseling Self-Pay Rates for Master's Level Providers
- Individual Therapy: $125 per session
- Couples or Family Therapy: $130 per session
Counseling Self-Pay Rates for Psychologist Level Providers
- Individual Therapy: $200 per session
- Couples or Family Therapy: $220 per session

Psychiatric Medication Management Self-Pay Rates
Clients who choose not to use insurance for psychiatric medication management services may elect to self-pay. Fees vary depending on the type and length of the appointment.
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: $209.75
Medication Management Follow-Up Visits (Medication Management Only): $54.87–$178.18
Fees vary based on the length and complexity of the appointment.
Medication Management Follow-Up Visits with Psychotherapy: $132.20–$305.15
Fees vary based on the length of the appointment and psychotherapy services provided.
