Her counseling style is strengths-based and collaborative, and she seeks to create trust and safety in the counseling relationship.
Hannah offers an integrative approach because she knows that you are unique and need a personalized therapy style. She enjoys working with clients from a multicultural perspective and helping those with cross-cultural concerns. Hannah offers approaches that support healing from trauma (EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT), creating healthier relationships (Emotion Focused Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy), and helping clients manage stress (Mindfulness, Acceptance Commitment Therapy). She is passionate about working with people to make meaning from pain and helping individuals recognize their unique strengths in order to live with hope and resilience.
Hannah is eager to collaborate with you to find what will work best to meet your specific needs. She offers warmth, honesty, safety, and compassionate support in your journey. Hannah earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wheaton College.
