With a deep love for all people and an understanding of just how challenging it is to be human, Megan is prepared to create space for you to explore and process complex feelings and heal painful wounds. Her goal is to truly see you for who you are and ensure that you’re not alone in the process of self-discovery and healing. Through collaborative relationship building and strengths-based counseling, she will support you through life’s highs and lows and empower you to live life meaningfully, intentionally, and lovingly.
Megan works with individuals as well as couples. Megan’s approach to treatment is eclectic and tailored to best fit the needs of her clients. She employs Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Functional Analytic Psychotherapy, amongst other modalities of treatment. She has experience working with adults and couples around anxiety, depression, grief, eating disorders, financial issues, personality disorders, domestic violence, complex trauma, life transitions, codependency, infidelity, gender and sexuality issues, and low self-esteem. With a background in the corporate sales and service industry, she also works with professionals struggling with their careers.
Megan is looking forward to meeting you where you’re at and working together to cultivate the life you see for yourself. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from DePaul University.
