Biography
Megan works with women navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, faith, and stress. She is a great fit for nurses, mothers, business owners, recent graduates, ministry leaders, and other women who are thoughtful, motivated, and committed to personal growth. She combines authenticity, encouragement, and practical tools to help clients gain insight, create meaningful change, and find emotional relief. Megan primarily works from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approach. She creates a warm, supportive space where clients can process their experiences while developing skills to better manage their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. She believes that healing and joy are possible, even in life's most difficult seasons.
For those who request it, Megan also offers Christian counseling by thoughtfully integrating a biblical perspective into the therapeutic process while respecting each client's individual values and beliefs.
Prior to earning her Master's degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, Megan's career began in ministry and business. Outside of the therapy office, she enjoys staying active and exploring the city with her family, and friends.
