Biography
Kelly is a licensed therapist with 40 years of experience providing counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups. She's worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, grief and loss, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, multiple addictions (both substance like alcoholism and process like internet and technology), codependency, family and relationship issues, LGBTQ+, and life transitions. Additional experience includes: hospice care, IEP preparation assistance, single parenting support, career development, EAP services, crisis intervention, and critical incident debriefing. Post graduate experience includes certificates in Trauma, Internal Family Systems, PAIRS, PEERS, addictions, Functional Family Therapy, DBT, Spiritual psychology and breathwork, Forensic Psychology, and the special needs of veterans, first responders, and caregivers.
