Biography:
Jesse’s areas of interest include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, sexual identity, physical health, spiritual development, and non traditional relationships. He combines a holistic approach with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals examine how the interplay of thoughts and behaviors directly impact health and life. He strives to help clients change what they wish to, and loves to help others expand into new areas of life.
In session, Jesse attempts to create a space for each client to be their authentic self, and works with each client to build a unique path. Jesse believes in aligning values and goals with the intent of creating a meaningful experience.
Jesse received his BA in Philosophy with a minor in Computer Science at the University of Illinois, completed his MS and graduate training at Rosalind Franklin University, where he is currently completing a PhD.
