Biography
Jaime has her masters degree in school counseling and counseling psychology from Lewis University. She was a professional school counselor with Chicago Public Schools for 12 years. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with over 15 years of experience dedicated to helping others heal and grow. She is committed to creating a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where clients feel supported and respected. She works with clients of all ages from 13 years old and up, of all ethnic backgrounds, who experience a wide range of symptoms such as anxiety, behavioral challenges, couples issues, bipolar disorder, depression, ADHD, and more.
She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, a Certified Sports Psychology Specialist, and a Certified First Responder Counselor. Her therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s needs, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed interventions to promote meaningful and lasting change.
