Biography
Hannah is a dedicated and compassionate therapist committed to helping clients overcome life’s challenges, gain deeper insight, and create meaningful change. She believes therapy should be an inviting and empowering space where individuals feel comfortable exploring their struggles while also recognizing and embracing their strengths.
Hannah brings an empathic and supportive approach to her work, allowing clients to open up and explore sensitive topics in a safe and nonjudgmental environment. She values and respects the uniqueness of each person’s experience and thoughtfully tailors treatment plans to fit the individual needs of every client.
During her time at Symmetry Counseling, Hannah has built strong, trusting relationships with her clients, offering guidance and expertise in navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological struggles. Her clinical focus includes supporting individuals dealing with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, particularly related to sexual violence and childhood trauma, as well as depression, anxiety, interpersonal difficulties, and self-esteem issues. Hannah creates a therapeutic environment where clients feel appreciated, heard, and validated, which fosters growth, healing, and self-understanding.
Hannah often likens the therapy process to a car ride: the client is in the driver’s seat, steering their journey, while she sits alongside them, offering support, insight, and direction as needed to help guide the path toward a destination that aligns with the client’s well-being and goals.
Through empathy, validation, and collaboration, Hannah is dedicated to helping her clients navigate life’s complexities and achieve meaningful personal growth.
