Faridah Abdullah is a Licensed Master Social Worker and Arizona State University graduate, who provides therapy for older teens and adults, helping clients gain insight into their experiences and navigate life’s challenges. With the understanding that mental wellness is multi-dimensional, she takes an integrative approach by incorporating mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral approaches into her practice. Faridah’s mission is to cultivate an open, authentic environment where clients feel free to express themselves without judgment. She offers culturally responsive support and has extensive experience working with individuals in need of crisis intervention, as well as those managing anxiety, depression, eating disorders, stress, grief, life transitions, and chronic illness.
