Through individual therapy, Evan Tokarz offers strategies to help you break free from these cycles by talking through the patterns in your life in an attempt to identify root issues as well as by suggesting approaches that could be helpful. The goal of therapy is to empower you with the tools needed to enhance self-awareness, boost confidence, and take actions that foster the personal growth that you rightfully deserve.
Evan is a therapist licensed in Washington D.C., Florida, and Arizona. He has three years of experience and graduated with a Master of Social Work from The University of South Florida. In addition to expertise with ADHD, anxiety, and relationship issues, he has extensive experience working with young adults/teenagers as well as those with Asperger's Syndrome/High-functioning Autism. He is also LGBTQIA+ friendly! He brings unique expertise in communication patterns (internal and external) due to a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics.
