Biography
Camryn believes that meaningful healing happens when people feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted. She is passionate about creating a safe, compassionate, and authentic space where clients can slow down, make sense of their experiences, and begin creating lasting change. Whether someone is navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, Camryn hopes to help clients feel less alone while encouraging growth at a pace that feels right for them.

Camryn primarily works with adults and couples, helping individuals better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and break free from exhausting cycles. Her work is rooted in the belief that many of our current struggles make sense when viewed through the lens of our relationships and life experiences. Rather than focusing on "what's wrong," she enjoys helping clients discover why certain patterns developed and how they can move toward healthier, more secure ways of living and connecting.

Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual's unique goals. Camryn primarily practices from an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) perspective while integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed somatic techniques to support healing of both the mind and body.

Camryn was born and raised in Arizona, earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Counseling and is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC). She is certified in Trauma-Informed Care and has training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for individuals and couples. She has worked with clients across the lifespan and currently focuses primarily on adults and couples. Camryn remains committed to ongoing professional development and continuing education to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care.

Above all, Camryn hopes clients leave each session feeling understood, supported, and empowered to build stronger relationships, with themselves and within their community.
