Biography

Caitlyn is an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) and holds licenses as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She works with emerging adults and through middle aged adults to address areas of focus such as anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, life-transitions, self-esteem, ADHD, relationship issues, and life coaching. Caitlyn's clients have shared appreciation for her empathic yet straightforward approach. Her therapy includes CBT, DBT, Brief Treatment, Solution Focused, Strength's Based, Interpersonal Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Motivational Interviewing. Caitlyn obtained her undergraduate degree from Iowa State University with a major in Psychology and French and received her Master's in Social Work from Loyola University of Chicago.
