You did it! You took the first step, you opened your browser and asked for help. Whatever may have led you to this page, whether it be increased anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, relationship, or work stress, Adlin is glad you are here.
Whether you have been to therapy before or considering trying it for the first time, Adlin is committed to helping you identify and remove the barriers of trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, life transitions, and relationship issues. The therapist will work with you to remove these barriers by establishing a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment. In addition, Adlin will work to facilitate a strong therapeutic relationship, which she finds to be a catalyst for change.

Adlin offer approaches that support healing from trauma through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as creating healthier ways of thinking through Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and support you in how to manage emotions, increase mindfulness and distress tolerance by the use of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Adlin is originally from Puerto Rico and speaks English and Spanish. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Puerto Rico and obtained a Master of Arts in Clinical Social Work from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.
