Drawing from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, Erica takes a collaborative and goal-oriented approach to help clients develop insight, build effective coping skills, and create positive change. Her therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. Erica strives to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can feel comfortable being their authentic selves. She believes that therapy is an opportunity to feel seen and heard while exploring patterns, relationships, emotions, and experiences that may be impacting daily life.
