Biography
Natalia believes that healing and personal growth look different for everyone, and that each person is the expert on their own life. She works collaboratively with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and attachment wounds.
Natalia is passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, develop healthier relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change. She strives to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore difficult emotions, process past experiences, and build confidence in their ability to navigate life’s challenges. Whether someone is feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or struggling to cope with painful experiences, Natalia’s goal is to help them move toward greater self-compassion, emotional resilience, and connection.
Her approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. Natalia integrates evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment theory, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed approaches to support clients in achieving their goals.
Natalia earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas State University and her Master of Science in Clinical-Counseling Psychology from Illinois State University. Her clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in inpatient and outpatient settings, facilitating group psychotherapy in addiction treatment programs, and providing therapy within community mental health settings.
