Biography

Kimberly is a licensed professional counselor, holding credentials in both Colorado and Arizona. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, as well as a second master’s degree in School Counseling. Kimberly is certified as a Professional Counselor by the National Board for Certified Counselors and brings 14 years of experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals and families across diverse cultural and healthcare environments.

With a background in treating Anxiety, Stress, Depression, and Trauma, Kimberly is committed to offering compassionate, client-centered care. She takes an integrative approach to therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs and strengths. Her therapeutic toolbox includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed approaches such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Kimberly’s practice is built on the belief that every person deserves a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to share their experiences and process their emotions. She strives to meet clients where they are, fostering a therapeutic environment of warmth, empathy, and respect.
