Biography

Camryn is a caring and dedicated therapist that understands how overwhelming life can feel. She offers a warm, welcoming space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported through life’s challenges. Camryn is passionate about joining clients on their journey – whether that’s solving a specific problem, healing from old wounds, or coping with life’s ups and downs. She can help you achieve this through collaborative relationship building, empathy, and curiosity.

Camryn works with individuals, couples, friends, families, and children. She has particular experience supporting clients through relationship struggles, family issues, self-exploration, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, chronic illness or disability, financial difficulties, trauma and grief. She has worked in a variety of settings including schools, hospitals, clinics, and research which have shaped her holistic and individualized approach to care. Camryn tailors sessions based on your unique needs – which can look like “homework” in between sessions, talking things out, or challenging you with compassionate accountability.

Camryn holds a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from the University of St. Thomas and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and childhood and adolescence studies from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
